Quality Assurance

The Surrey Safeguarding Adults Board are responsible for overseeing the practice of member organisations to ensure that there are effective processes in place to prevent, identify and respond to the abuse or neglect of adults at risk.

On a quarterly basis partner organisations provide the Board with information about their safeguarding practices. This data is scrutinised by a multi-agency panel and areas of risk are escalated to the full board for discussion, review and the identification of actions needed.
